JACK Ross has been likened to Sir Alex Ferguson and will take Sunderland back to the Premier League, according to a man who helped him on his managerial path.
St Mirren chief executive Tony Fitzpatrick was involved in the recruitment process when Saints, struggling in the Scottish Championship in October 2016, were looking for a new manager.
