ALEX Gilbey shouldn’t really be playing football at the moment.
The 23-year-old MK Dons midfielder went under the knife after suffering a serious knee injury in February and was expected to be out until the new year.
But against all odds, the former Wigan man was back in action by the start of the season and had featured in every League Two fixture so far this term ahead of yesterday’s game against Northampton.
