HE MAY have been ready to quit Aston Villa two months ago, but Birkir Bjarnason is now loving life at Villa Park.
The 29-year-old Iceland international endured a tough start to life in England – starting just two Championship games between August and December after moving from Basel last summer.
But, since January, the central midfielder has established himself in Steve Bruce’s plans and is ready to help Villa get back to the Premier League.
