SLAV ‘BACK ME’ PLEA TO BOARD

OUTSPOKEN: Slavisa Jokanovic is at odds with the Fulham board over recruits.

ANGRY Slavisa Jokanovic has urged the Fulham board to ‘back him or sack him’ following an internal row over the strength of his squad.
The Serbian wants to sign three new players in this January transfer window in a bid to bolster his side’s Championship play-off chances.
But the club believes his team is already good enough to stage a late promotion push and say money could be best spent elsewhere.
