ALL it took was a bit of patience before Mikael Mandron came good at Colchester and now the French striker is ready to reap the rewards.
The former Sunderland striker, 23, scored four goals in October for the club he joined this past summer. After a slow start to life in Essex, Mandron said: “A player needs time to grow in confidence and within the team, and I’ve been able to do that with the manager’s confidence.”
