IT IS not hard to see David Moyes’ attraction to West Ham United. He is an experienced Premier League manager, disciplinarian, who put together a formidable defensive unit at Everton. His career has stagnated since leaving Goodison Park, but he should steer the Hammers to safety.
However, the likes of Chris Wilder, Lee Johnson, Dean Smith and others could be forgiven for wondering why topflight clubs, if they do choose a British boss, so rarely look beyond the usual suspects.
