ANFERNEE Dijksteel is savouring Charlton manager Karl Robinson’s approach to coaching, which he believes provides huge amounts of feedback and faith in youth.
The 21-year-old Dutch midfielder is a product of the Nike Academy and believes he is growing as a player under Robinson’s stewardship.
Dijksteel said: “As a young player, Karl speaks to you after the game and before the game to make you a better player. When he sees mistakes, he helps us to come up and do it better next time.
