CHAMPIONSHIP
FORMER Manchester United graduate Paddy McNair admits his spell on the sidelines at Sunderland has left him frustrated after suffering a cruciate ligament injury.
The Northern Ireland defender has played three games for the Under-23 side this month as he steps up his rehabilitation.
Though the 22-year-old is anxious about his time away from the pitch, family and friends have kept him positive since he suffered the injury last November.
