CARETAKER boss Richie Wellens may have indicated his desire to work under Paul Scholes, but Oldham’s search for a manager goes on, with the Manchester United legend highly unlikely to take the job.
Lifelong Oldham fan Scholes, 42, spoke to the club this week, though that is understood to be in regard to an advisory role rather than the managerial vacancy.
