WAY WISE TO VALUE HARRY’S ADVICE

SOMETIMES managers appear to think they know it all and are loathe to invite outsiders into their set-up.
They may feel that bringing in an advisor would indicate a sign of weakness or an admission that they are struggling to do their job. In addition, they may fear that the mentor may be, secretly, after their job.
So, it’s refreshing to see that Yeovil manager Darren Way doesn’t feel like that. The Glovers have failed to hit the heights this season and Way has brought in Harry
