JOHN Sheridan insists Oldham still have what it takes to thrive in the division and wants his side to back it up with points.
An underwhelming start to the campaign saw the Latics pick up just one point from their first six league games, before finally earning a win against Bristol Rovers on Tuesday in a five-goal thriller.
