CALLUM Connolly is aiming to show he has the ‘grit and fight’ to make his mark at Everton during his loan spell with Ipswich.
The 19-year-old full-back, who was part of the England Under-20s World Cup-winning squad this summer, joined the Tractor Boys for the season on the final day of the summer transfer window.
He believes regular football with Ipswich can help him follow in the footsteps of fellow Liverpuddlian Tom Davies, who has become a first-team regular at Everton.
