NEW chairman Jeff Shi has splashed the cash at Wolves since arriving two months ago and insists the club are focussed entirely on signing the best players, instead of worrying about the lingering threat of Financial Fair Play.
The Midlands side have spent £47m since owners Fosun came on board in 2016. They arguably pulled off the coup of the summer by bringing in FC Porto midfielder Ruben Neves, 20, for £15.8m.
