ROWETT: DERBY’S STRIKE FORCE IS POISED

GARY Rowett has warned the rest of the Championship his Derby attack is finally ready to fire after a quiet start to the campaign.
The Rams sat 12th in the table during the international break after an opening five games in which they found the net just five times.
With the likes of experienced striker David Nugent, 32, and £5m winger Tom Lawrence, 23, at his disposal, Rowett could be forgiven for expecting slightly more.
But he is encouraged by what he has seen in training and believes it is just a matter of time before they start banging in the goals ...
