KEITH Hill’s perseverance paid off as Rochdale completed the signing of Jordan Williams from Liverpool on loan until January.
The 21-year-old Welshman, who can play in midfield or defence, has previously been loaned out to Notts County and Swindon.
“He was a main target for us through the summer,” said Hill. “He was very sought after.
“It came down to the wire but we managed to get the job done. He’s a very, very adept central midfielder. He’s got a great stature about him.”
