BLACKPOOL’S start to the season might not suggest they are title contenders but Jimmy Ryan insists the team spirit they have built will serve them well.
The 28-year-old midfielder was one of 14 new faces over the summer but he has quickly settled in after joining from Fleetwood, and has warned the rest of the league to keep an eye out for them this season.
“We want to be a good team which has good team spirit and it’s all fallen into place pretty quickly,” Ryan revealed.
“I think it gets you a long way and it’s overlooked a bit at some places.
