UWE Rosler has introduced a further incentive for Fleetwood Town’s players this season, boosting their bank accounts every time they win.
The Cod Army have introduced a win bonus to extract that extra per cent and Rosler, who also utilised it at Brentford, reckons it works wonders.
“In some circumstances it is good to have a draw but in general we want to win games,” he said.
