WINGER MARV NOT FOR SALE, SAYS PEP

OXFORD United manager Pep Clotet has called on Marvin Johnson to show his focus is still on the U’s after a summer of transfer speculation.
Hull made an offer earlier this month for the in-demand winger, and Johnson was quick to tell the club he wants to leave.
But Clotet has urged the 26-year-old to show his mind is solely on performing for Oxford, as the transfer window heads into the final few days.
“A player puts himself on the pitch or off it with his own training and performances,” said Clotet.
