Unfancied QPR triumped 2-0 with a double from Conor Washington. The second goal came from the spot after Reading centre-back Tiago Ilori was sent off for pulling back Pawel Wszolek. There was a touch of controversy about it because the Royals’ Jon Dadi Bodvarsson was down injured at the time.
