COLCHESTER United have condemned an incident of alleged racist abuse aimed at one of their players during a League Two game.
The allegation was made after the U’s goalless draw at Fleetwood Town’s Highbury Stadium last Saturday.
Colchester posted on X they were “very disappointed” to hear about the allegation, and were “fully supporting Fleetwood in their investigations along with the police”.
