HEMMINGS SPARKLES AT ROVERS

TRANMERE boss Micky Mellon has praised January signing Kane Hemmings for his attitude both on and off the pitch at Prenton Park.
The 29-year-old former Rangers youth player – who lists Barnsley, Dundee, Oxford and Notts County as his former clubs – joined the club from Burton on a twoand-a-half-year deal and has impressed so far.
Mellon said: He’s been brilliant for us. People will judge his goals, but he gives us that knowhow in that end of the pitch. Young players around him are thriving off him and his workrate is second to none.”
