GIBSON’S ON THE UP – BEECH

CHRIS Beech believes Jordan Gibson is on “the upward curve” and will get better at Carlisle.
The 23-year-old winger has forced his way into the starting line-up after signing from League of Ireland side Sligo Rovers.
He scored his first goal against Scunthorpe, and Beech said: “He’s had an impact in all of his appearances.
“I’d seen him play for Bradford a few times, kept an eye on him in Ireland, stayed in contact with his agent, and it’s great that we’ve acquired his capabilities.
“He’ll grow from this point. He’s somebody on the upward curve.”
