BOWYER’S DEMANDING FINAL PUSH

SALFORD boss Gary Bowyer wants his side to keep their foot on the pedal as they launch a charge to get into the play-offs.
Bowyer is the third manager at the Peninsula Stadium this season after Graham Alexander and Richie Wellens and is determined to end on a high note.
“It’s exciting in both League One and League Two at the moment with the number of sides trying to get into the play-offs,” he said.
“This club’s done brilliantly to be where they are and what we’ll do now is take it one game at a time and see where we end up.
