DARYL McMahon could not have praised his Macclesfield side more highly after they held Salford to a draw.
Financially-plagued Macclesfield, without a win since mid-October, were the subject of a stalled takeover this week from businessman Joe Sealey.
The threat of a strike for their game against Mansfield Town last weekend was averted when the majority of the players’ outstanding salaries were settled.
