MACCLESFIELD chairman Mark Blower is to leave the club after five years in the role.
Blower’s departure comes after the Silkmen secured their Football League status last weekend. “This has been an incredibly difficult decision to make but, due to personal reasons, I will be stepping down as chairman,” said Blower. “There have been many highs and lows over the past five years of course – with the FA Trophy final, promotion to the Efland retaining our League status being a source of great pride.
