DEAN AND JOHN CAN GET VILLA BACK IN BIG TIME

THE big news in the EFL this week has been the appointment of Dean Smith and John Terry at Aston Villa.
For me, I have no doubt this is a great move by the new Villa owners, Nassef Sawiris and Wes Edens.
Dean, who leaves behind a fantastic Brentford side, is a true Villa supporter, knows what historic values that football club has, understands the huge fan base and knows the Championship. He has all the ingredients to be hugely successful.
John has been appointed as assistant manager and he starts a journey that, for me, will see him as a Chelsea manager in the future.
