RELIEVED boss Steve Bruce hailed striker Jonathan Kodjia and his side’s character after Aston Villa saved a point against Brentford with a last-gasp equaliser on Wednesday night.
In acracking Villa Park showdown, the in-form Neal Maupay lashed the ball into the roof of the net to give the Bees the lead, but Villa levelled when Kodjia tricked his way past Ezri Konsa and fired past keeper Dan Bentley.
