IF WYCOMBE do get promoted this season, they’ll look back on the day when Marcus Bean scored his first goal for the club to clinch an incredible victory over Carlisle.
The 33-year-old midfielder had never netted in 103 previous appearances for the Chairboys but he picked the sixth minute of stoppage time to produce a wonderful winning goal.
It capped an astonishing afternoon, as Wycombe went 2-0 up before having Luke O’Nien sent off for a debateable handball.
