ACCRINGTON Stanley’s Billy Kee has opened up about his battle with depression which almost saw him quit football.
The 15-goal striker revealed he went back to working on a building site as he struggled with mental health issues at the end of last year.
“It’s really hard and it’s something I will always have,” said the 26-year-old talisman.
“I have never shied away from my problems and I will talk to anyone about it.
