KEVIN BREMNER had already won two promotions in three seasons from Division Three with Millwall and Reading when he arrived at the Goldstone Ground in July 1987.
The Scot, who had started his professional career with a relegation at Colchester United, was about to bring his lucky touch to the South Coast.
