PETERBOROUGH boss Darren Ferguson was a relieved man after his Vertu Trophy holders battled back from a half-time deficit on Wednesday night to overcome Cheltenham and reach the semi-finals.
Hector Kyprianou (24 minutes) slotted Posh in front from close range but Cheltenham went into the break 2-1up thanks to Jordan Thomas’ (34) curling strike and George Miller’s cool finish (45+3).
