DUNCAN Ferguson says he was persuaded to take charge at struggling Forest Green Rovers by “straight talking” owner Dale Vince.
The former Rangers, Everton and Newcastle striker - linked with several Championship jobs this season - was unveiled on Thursday and inherited a club rock bottom of League One following the dismissal of manager Ian Burchnall.
