NATHAN Holland believes “you can see the progress Oxford are making all the time” and hopes the club can learn from this season’s experience.
The winger, 23, has returned to parent club West Ham after his second successful loan spell with the U’s.
Holland was disappointed the club missed out on a playoff spot, but said: “I have enjoyed both spells at the club.
“You can see the progress they are making. Promotion was the aim and we fell just short, but all of us will learn from the experience.”
