FERGUSON HAILS HIS NEW NO.1

PETERBOROUGH boss Darren Ferguson is delighted to have landed his top target after signing Stoke keeper Josef Bursik on an emergency loan.
Regular No.1 Christy Pym has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a muscle injury and Posh were able to look elsewhere due to the inexperience of Dan Gyollai and Will Blackmore.
Bursik, 20, has made 15 appearances for the Potters this season.
Ferguson said: “We had to think fast – we have a list of keepers in case of something like this happening and he was the one we wanted.”
