VELJKO Paunovic believes there is much more to come from fast-starting Reading.
The Royals have raced clear at the top of the Championship.
And the 43-year-old Serb, who took charge in August, has an ominous warning for those hoping to catch them.
“Everything can still improve and that is the culture we’re building”, said the Royals manager.
“The team is not only reacting to what we are asking them to improve, but they are capable of doing it in training and then transferring it to the game. This is a fabulous group with a fabulous spirit.”
