JOAO’S HUNGRY TO SHOW HIS BEST FOR REDS

NOTTINGHAM Forest midfielder Joao Carvalho wants his second season in English football to be better than the first after enjoying his maiden campaign at the City Ground.
The Portuguese found it difficult to adapt to his new surroundings and also to settle into the team and cope with the more aggressive style of football.
Carvalho expressed his disappointment that the club failed to reach the play-offs, but he is determined to put that right next season.
