VERY few players are better acquainted with the bumps and rigours of the Football League promotion race than MK Dons centre-back Russell Martin.
The 33-year-old has been successful in the endeavour on no less than four occasions – three times with Norwich and once with Peterborough – and is fighting to make it a fifth with Paul Tisdale’s side.
