Mellon’s mission: To climb 107 steps

TO GET a little flavour of Back Where We Belong, here’s an extract where boss Micky Mellon talks about putting the Forest Green play-off final defeat in 2017 to bed by beating Boreham Wood:
“The whole determination was focused on the 107 steps to picking up the trophy at Wembley,” he reveals. “It’s all I said to them. I sat them down in a meeting and said ‘how many steps is it to the trophy?’
