WILL Grigg’s second-half goal left no doubt that Wigan would end the season as League One champions, much to the delirium of their travelling fans and the delight of manager Paul Cook.
With their promotion already long confirmed, Grigg’s goal meant the Latics exceeded the single point they needed to ensure a second League One title in three seasons.
