CALLUM Burton is eyeing first-team football somewhere in the EFL next term after inking a new one-year deal at Hull.
The 21-year-old goalkeeper signed for the Tigers from Shrewsbury on a 12-month contract last summer but is still awaiting his debut.
“It would be great to get a few league games under my belt next season, whether that is through going out on loan or by staying here to compete for a place in the squad”, said Burton. “I’ve had the opportunity to play a lot of games with the U23s and to also be involved in firstteam matchday squads.
