FOUR wins in a row, seven points off the play-offs: Steve Lovell’s Gillingham continued their excellent recent form by responding to half-time criticism to come from behind against Fleetwood.
Tom Eaves’ last-gasp penalty extended the Kent club’s unbeaten run to seven games and the Gills have now only lost two league games out of the 17 matches for which Lovell has managed them.
The turnaround was inspired by Lovell’s tough-love team talk, in which he singled out the Gills’ leading scorer.
