MY PAL BOBBY’S A LATE BLOOMER

BRISTOL City defender Joe Bryan says manof- the-moment Bobby Reid should be an inspiration to all young players.
Striker Reid, 24, had netted just just eight times in seven seasons at Ashton Gate before the current campaign.
But the homegrown hitman has come good in spectacular fashion.
He topped the Championship scoring charts with six goals from his opening eight games.
Bryan, though, isn’t as surprised as most people. The left-back has known Reid since the pair joined City’s academy at the age of seven and believes his friend is simply a late bloomer.
