WALSH DELIGHT AT HIS SWANS DEBUT

SWANSEA midfielder Liam Walsh was relieved to finally get the opportunity to make his first outing for the club.
The 24-year-old made his debut against Millwall after suffering a hamstring injury in pre-season.
After five frustrating weeks on the sidelines, Walsh was able to pull on a Swansea shirt for the first time since his arrival from Bristol City.
Walsh said: “It’s been very frustrating, I’ve been dying to play. The way the gaffer has the lads playing football, it’s been looking really enjoyable from the sidelines.
