BONG BAN BLOW FOR FOREST…

NOTTINGHAM Forest defender Gaetan Bong has been given a three game suspension after admitting an FA charge of violent conduct.
Bong, 33, was charged after a coming-together with Coventry midfielder Callum O’Hare, which was not spotted by referee James Linington or his assistants during the Reds’ 2-1 defeat at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
An FA spokesperson said: “The defender’s behaviour was not seen by the match officials at the time, but it was caught on camera.
“Gaetan Bong has accepted the standard penalty.”
