CARGILL’S IN ‘GREAT SHAPE’…

MK DONS defender Baily Cargill feels he is in the best physical shape he has been in and hopes for more game time in the coming weeks.
The 25-year-old is keen to keep hold of his place in the side.
Cargill said: “I’m in the best physical shape I’ve been in, and that’s down to my hard work, the information (boss) Russell Martin has given me and the people he’s let me speak with.
“Every player wants to play every minute of every game. I make sure whenever I’m called upon I’ve been ready mentally.”
