BOLTON boss Ian Evatt hopes to have striker Eoin Doyle available for his side’s clash with Salford next Friday.
The 32-year-old suffered a hamstring injury in the 1-1 draw at Cambridge, forcing him to miss three League Two matches.
Doyle is keen to return, but Evatt will not rush the forward, who has scored two goals so far this season.
“Eoin is 32, has played hundreds of games and he can’t wait to be back out on the pitch,” Evatt said. “He’s like a kid at Christmas, but we’ve got to be strategic.
