RUSSELL Martin is determined to “build something special for this club” after celebrating a year in charge at MK Dons.
The 34-year-old Martin, who played over 300 matches for Norwich in a distinguished playing career that saw him play in all four divisions, has seen his side win just two of their first 11 League One games this season.
But he said: “I’ve loved it. I feel the club is in a better position now than when I took over. Of course, we want more points on the board, but it’s still a work in progress.”
