STEPHEN WARD is “feeling good” after returning to the Ipswich side following an injury.
The 35-year-old leftback missed three League One matches after feeling a twinge in his right Achilles during the early stages of Town’s draw at MK Dons last month.
He had started the last four matches heading into the FA Cup clash with Portsmouth, and said: “I’m feeling good.
“I’m at the age where I know how to look after my body. As soon as a game finishes, I’m preparing for the next one.”
