LEE Frecklington is on the verge of making a comeback for Lincoln.
The 34-year-old midfielder has yet to feature this season as he continues to struggle with a groin tendon problem that has dogged him since February.
But Imps boss Michael Appleton has given an update on his fitness, saying: “There’s been a bit of progress with Freck. He trained fully on Monday and Tuesday without any real issues afterwards.
Hopefully it’s a good sign.”
