JAMES Bree believes Aston Villa fans are starting to see the best of him following a run of first-team games.
The 21-year-old fullback has seen his chances improve at Villa Park since Dean Smith took over as manager.
The former Barnsley defender said: “It’s been a couple of years since I’ve had a regular run in the team.”
Bree has praised the influence of Smith after the upturn in his fortunes.
He added: “The way he likes to play suits my game, the way he gives me a lot of information helps me just go out and play the way I like to play.”
